Hi there, details are shared 30 days before the run date. Please check the events calendar closer to each date. Regarding the hotel, newbie runs are a day event. If you would like to stay overnight please inquire with South Wind regarding prices.
Hi are the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport S stock Goodyear Wrangler SR-A all-terrain tires okay for the Newbie run?
Yes, your stock tires will be sufficient for any of the OF4WD Newbie runs.
Hello,
Can jeeps with regular tires do the newbie run.. just wondering cause we are real newbies.lol
Your jeep with stock tires is more than capable of participating in the newbie runs. You will have a great time and learn many things.
Hey I’ve got an 06 subaru with a small lift and some ATs, I currently have about 10″ of clearance, and some light duty skid plates. If in careful do you think I’d be able to make it around the newbie runs? I know id have to pick my lines more carefully than the Jeep guys
I don’t see it being an issue. We’ve had some other smaller vehicles out with us in the past. Please remember that in order to participate in any of the newbie runs you must be a member of the OF4WD.
Do we need to pay for a membership in order to participate in the July 23 newbie run, if so how much for a family of 4 (2Adults 2Kids)
Thanks
Hi Brad, there is no fee to attend a newbie run. The driver does need to be an OF4WD member though.
