Durham 4×4 Adopt-a-Trail Cleanup of Boundary Rd/Hoggs Back @ Boundary Rd and Hoggs Back Trails
May 25 @ 10:00 am – May 26 @ 1:00 pm

Date has been moved to the 25th due to the trail conditions in an effort to not tear up soft areas or have volunteers stuck everywhere.

Under the OF4WD adopt-a-trail program Durham 4×4 will be doing a cleanup day (weekend) as the season opens of the Boundary Rd and Hoggs Back trail set.

The more the merrier as Boundary Rd / Hoggs Back is a decent length and the north section will be mainly trimming back brush.

We are asking clean-up volunteers to meet us at 9am rain or shine at Boundary Road & Cochrane Road intersection, which is not far from Purple Woods. If you come down the road at Purple woods like you are going to do the trail then hang a right when it ends that should bring you right to us.

Niagara Jeep Fest 2019
Aug 24 @ 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

We from Niagara Area Jeep Club want to say thank you for your continued support each year.

We raised $5000 to donate in total for Bethlehem Housing Support Services last year and plan to donate to them again this year. We had 116 jeeps/4x4s registered last year and hope to grow both more with each year that passes.

This year’s event will take place on Saturday, August 24th, 2019 from 9am-4pm at a new venue address: 1100 Niagara St, Welland, ON. With moving the date earlier and using this new venue we will have much more opportunities to grow this event and what we can do at it as well as how much more we can raise for charity.

We are pleased to have selected Deerhurst Resort for our first annual event. The event will take place on Deerhurst’s decommissioned airport located off of HWY 60, 10 minutes East of the Town of Huntsville. Guests will have their own area to set up their rig to provide adequate space allowing for social distancing. The event is happening rain or shine, obviously, so come prepared to have fun in all weather.

What: coffee and truck talk, get to meet your club members, and organize future trips with them!
Timmies and washrooms are available at the location.

Every time we meet up we try and raise money for something. Whether it’s trail cleanups or some charities for children.

This year we decided to help feed some kids and teamed up with Halton Food 4 Kids. This charity runs off grants and donations and I have personally seen the work they do to feed kids. This includes food for kids at school each day, and food packages for kids to bring home with them over the weekend ($15 feeds a kid over the weekend).

TEC is going to try and match all donations! Visit the attached link for the food list you can donate.
