4WheelWing Nights @ Gator Teds Tap and Grill
Feb 14 @ 7:00 pm

Life is better with upgrades!

So in true offroad style the OF4WD Roadshow and our proud Gold sponsor 4WheelParts are taking the wrenches to 4WheelWing Nights to build it bigger and better for you.

Our product development team has been busy secretly testing new potential establishments to bring you the best and all reviews have been excellent. Come join us as we test out our new location at Gator Teds Tap and Grill, located in the plaza at 1505 Guelph Line at the South East corner of Upper Middle Rd in Burlington.

Are you peckish for the traditional flightless fowl fare? (That would be wings) Well Gator Ted’s wings are excellent quality and size, available either breaded or in traditional Buffalo style with a variety of sauces, I recommend the Ghost Pepper sauce 😈. Looking for something different? No problem, they have a large menu with a wide variety of options, whether you’re craving healthy or just hangry.

Aaron, Dacia and 4WheelParts celebrity driver Ty Reid will be on hand to tell you about the latest must have accessories for your ride, and answer any technical questions, along with a couple OF4WD directors to let you know of the latest issues affecting the Ontario Offroad Community. New to wheeling? These are great events to meet fellow wheelers and make new friends, and as always 4WheelWing Nights are open to all no matter what you drive… except for Skodas, they’re just a little too weird.

So bring out your ride and join us at Gator Ted’s Tap and Grill, the fun starts at 7pm, you may be one of the lucky ones to go home with a door prize, and you definitely won’t leave hungry.

See you there

2018 LAJOC Charity Show & Shine @ Merrymount Family Support Center
May 5 @ 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

The London & Area Jeep Owners Club is in the planning stages of our Annual Charity Show & Shine. We are changing it up this year and it’s going to be held at Merrymount Family Support & Crisis Centre in London, ON. We have donated to Merrymount for the past couple of years. After an eye opening tour of the facility last spring we decided to approach them about having our Charity Show & Shine at their location to give them and the club more exposure.

We are asking you to “Save the Date” of May 5th 2018 to come out and support this amazing facility. There will be a BBQ along with our RTI ramp at the location.

More details will follow when we get them confirmed. Please keep an eye on the Show & Shine event on LAJOC’s event calendar

Thanks in advance for supporting this great event.

EOTB Adopt-a-Road Clean-up @ The Bogie General Store
Jun 10 all-day

adopt-a-road_20150609

The EOTB has adopted a 2km stretch of Calabogie Road, northeast of The Bogie General Store. Twice a year, as part of the Adopt-a-Road program, the EOTB take a crew out to clean-up garbage along that 2km stretch. The process usually takes less than two hours, and we end the day with a short trail run, likely the Calabogie Line.

Departure
We will meet at 10:00am to begin the highway clean-up.

Primary Meeting Location: We will depart for the trail once the highway clean-up is completed

Requirements
Tow Points are mandatory for this trail. We also recommend you carry a tow strap and some shackles.

For the highway clean-up, we will provide garbage bags and rubber gloves, but recommend you bring your own gloves and wear high visibility clothing (bright colors). Bug spray and sunscreen may also be wise.

Gas
Please come to the meeting location fully fueled and ready to roll.

Non-Members
Non-Members are welcome. Please bring cash or cheque for the $20.00 guest fee. This is collected at every trail run for non-members and is applied towards your membership fee if you join. Please bring exact change.

CB Radios
Please tune your CB to channel 4. No CB? Bring your FRS radio tuned to channel 4.

Reminders
Remember to bring a lunch, plenty of water, boots, cameras and your sense of adventure.

4WheelWing Nights @ Gator Teds Tap and Grill
Jun 13 @ 7:00 pm

4WheelWing Nights @ Gator Teds Tap and Grill
Jul 11 @ 7:00 pm

Emergency Tree Clean Up – Gooderham Trail @ Flynns Corner Gas Bar
Jul 14 @ 10:00 am – 5:00 pm

A recent storm has left a very large mess on the Gooderham Trail in the 5 Points Trail System. A clean up operation is planned for Saturday July 14th. We will be meeting at Flynns Corner Gas Bar on the corner of Hwy #36 and #507 at 10:00 am.

Our plan is to split into two groups and attack from both directions. A large number of downed trees have left the trail impassable. Any help you can offer in an operation of this type would be greatly appreciated.

Experience in tree removal and safety a definite asset.

NOTICE : To all attending, please be prepared for hot temperatures and large amounts of deer flies. Lots and water and ice, a towel to wet, highly recommended. And anything else you can think of to keep you cool and comfortable.

EOTB Adopt-a-Road Clean-up @ The Bogie General Store
Sep 22 all-day

adopt-a-road_20150609

The EOTB has adopted a 2km stretch of Calabogie Road, northeast of The Bogie General Store. Twice a year, as part of the Adopt-a-Road program, the EOTB take a crew out to clean-up garbage along that 2km stretch. The process usually takes less than two hours, and we end the day with a short trail run, likely the Calabogie Line.

Meeting Place
To avoid delays in getting to the trail, we will skip the Bells Corners meeting place, and meet directly in Calabogie at The Bogie General Store.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
