Just wanted to double check, if some info I have is correct with your experience.
Do CB radios (in the bush terrain or generally) get better range distance than a gmrs/frs type radios ? Both being the legal max rated wattage permitted to us (unlicensed) ?
I'll be picking up one. Probably a handheld one and a mobile one…the gmrs ones I have don't get more than 500-600 meters in forested/northern country type areas.
