Great pics guys.  Did you get a chance to submit trail reports for each trail?

I'd like to know the location of that culvert roughly so we can perhaps fix it.  If it is where I am thinking we maybe able to get Highlands East Trail Committee to fund it as I sit on that committee.  We can just dig it out.

Looks like it has broken down from Snowmobiles judging the tearing it has.
