Hey Ben
Call my broker Palladium Insurance at 613-599-5740 and talk to Tim Snelling or Chris Barrette. Tell them you have a modified Jeep and you are part of EOTB and they will know what you are looking for.
If they get supporting business (other cars, house, etc) and you are not a kid (bwahahahaa) with go-fast mods, they can cover your Jeep as if it was a stock vehicle through Dominion of Canada. They are pretty easy to deal with and have a no-BS attitude.
