Hi Ben,

This is what I have found so far:
TD – NO, if you tire is not stock height it is a no. They said the Metal cloak fenders would be ok, but I am still not convinced the agent I was talking to knows what a fender is. I tried to explain, he said he understood but I think he was clueless. I think fender flares are okay.

Desjardins –  NO, the took everything separate: No for larger tires, No for 1" body lift, No for 2" budget boost, No for Metal Cloak fenders. 

Co-operators as per above post – They said no it is not something they do, but the underwriter might accept. They will not quote on the phone, you have to be there in person with the vehicle.  I explained that I have not purchased the parts for mine, she said I could go in with pictures to a local co-operators office

I have another lead, but the agent is out of the office until mid April.
