It's all about finding the right agent who is interested and knows the right underwriter. I had the Cooperators in Bradford say they would be interested in insuring my jeep when I was there doing a service call. I said since I had a while till I renewed I would swing by in the spring with it for them to look at and see if they were still interested. I know the company I'm with now said no when I called a local agent. However when I spoke to another agent outside of the gta I got a firm yes. Keep calling and make sure you don't just deal with agents in the GTA.
