Who cares WHY the land owner made the restriction! Its his land and he can do whatever he wishes.
It does affect "Jeeps"! When I was purchasing tires I made a conscious decision to limit my tire size to 40" for the sole reason of not being excluded from events such as trailfest and rocktoberfest.
Unfortunately you are the 1% because you have built an amazingly LONG ASS RIG! Its a beautiful rig but a lot of the trails can be TIGHT because the 99% have shorter wheelbases and enjoy tight technical wheeling. CC is a full body rig(WJ), he has had to repair door panels and LOTS of door handles because of it. He has built himself a serious BAD ASS RIG, while keeping his LONG ASS RIG semi intact. Sometimes it just takes him a lil longer to get around a turn, but good friends never leave a man behind.
