318 Swap

I currently have the opertunity to get a 318 with complete harness , ecu, trans, t-case from a 00 dodge 1500 .
Has any one done this type of engine swap into a TJ , and If so how the hell do you get it to pass emission tests… Most Likely I'll use my 231 and may-be get a 4 speed standard for it.
The swap it self should be no problem, just the emission part of it baffles me !!
Any help would be appreciated..
