Adopt a trail question

The King of the Shield club has adopted the Timbers trails and Percocet hill. We are planing our trail maintenance weekend soon. This is our first time participating in this program and we would like some info on what is expected and/or allowed. The links under the "Adopt-a-trail" section is not working for me.

I was double checking the site today, making sure all the adopt a trail info is up for the users and found the same issue. We are working on it resolving the website issue.

What are your concerns?
