I received request for 4×4 drivers to participate in car club event in Newmarket :
I am sure you must get this type of email often but I wanted to take a moment on behalf of the Highway 11 Cruisers Car Club to invite you and your Off Road Federation membership to our annual year end event being held September 22nd in Newmarket at the Upper Canada Mall.
Our events are a bit different than most car clubs for the reasons below:
• No admission fee, though we do encourage donations for the SickKids Hospital Foundation it is not mandatory
• All proceeds from everything we do whether it is the sale of merchandise or raffle tickets goes to SickKids Hospital
• All are welcome whether you have a classic or a newer model car, truck, or bike
• Reserved Club/ Association grouped parking (If you tell us ahead of time how many spots you need we will reserve them all together
• Specialty Class Awards, if a special class of vehicles whether part of an association or individual tells us there will be more than 3 of that class attending our event we will create a specific class award in your groups case it would be a Best in Show – Off Road Vehicle award
Not a long drive and might be interesting as the plan seems to be to have a wide range of vehicles participate. See attahced flyer.
