The Ontario government has a resource available to all of us that lets you check out a parcel of land and determine whether it is Crown land or private property. It is a bit tough to use at first but once you get the hang of it it is quite useful. http://crownlanduseatlas.mnr.gov.on.ca/clupa.html
If you have checked out the CLUPA and found it a bit complicated to navigate around you are not alone. The OFAH has a guide to navigating the atlas available to its members. If you are a member of the OFAH, check out this link http://www.ofah.org/hunting/crown-land-atlas# to get a copy of the guide.
Just thought I would let you know I did get a copy of the Quick Reference Guide from the OFAH yesterday… now to find the time to read it and then put it all together!
