I'm looking to clean out my diffs over the winter and replace the gear oil with Royal Purple. Has anyone used these LubeLocker gaskets? I understand they work well with aftermarket cast type covers. My supplier doesn't stock them so I'm also looking for a Canadian retailer.

Don't know what your supplier's going to sell them to you for, but $6.99 for a tube of RTV gasket silicone will probably do 4/5 diff changes. Just sayin'

These are reusable gaskets that many people are talking about I thought I'd give them a try. It beats the scraping and waiting for silicone to dry. Just interested to hear if anyone has used them.

I know of a couple people that use them and swear by them.

Contact Jim at Rockspyder 4×4. He is able to get them

Thanks again Raymond. I ordered a pair from Steeda. They are Canadian and deal with Lubelocker for Mustang gaskets. They ship for free in Canada. I will post my opinion once I try them.

I've got some 9" ones sitting here waiting for the next time the 3rds come out.  Hoping it makes it easier to line things up for re install cause its a PITA lining them up with RTV smearing around if it doesn't set on perfect the first time

Ya that is a great idea for the 9". I have one in a 70 Torino with an "N" case man that sucker is heavy. It is tuff to get it right the first time.
