Are you new to off-roading? Do you have no experience? Do you not have anyone to show you the ropes?

If you answered yes to any of the questions join the Sheppard run June 22, 2013!
    Grizzled veterans need not apply!

This is a no pressure guided run for up to 16 new preregistered  OF4WD driver's and vehicles through the beautiful five points trail system. At 8 am participants meet at the Tim Hortons in Bobcaygeon for a morning cup of joe and a little off-road ground school. An hour later we will depart for the trails.

This is a Free one day event. All you have to do to register is sign up on the OF4WD sign up page. Passengers are welcome. You will be responsible for your own food and fuel.

    Here's what you need.
    A 4WD truck.
    Recovery points
    Lunch and refreshments.
    A full tank of fuel
A great attitude and sense of adventure.
Absolutely ZERO alcohol. If we see it, the O.P.P. Will be waiting at the end of the trail.

    Here's what we recommend.
    Off road tires.
A CB radio to listen in on the banter of the guides.

    Sign up here.

I'm not a newbie. When my wife and I started our pilot training one of the first things you learn is you can never stop learning and even veteran pilots go to school on a regular basis. Also my new rig is a big change from my much smaller former rig. With that being said I would like some shakedown runs. My only hurdle is the 3.5 hr drive to Bobcaygeon and the same to get home. What time would the run be finishing?

Random guess is dinner time. Just a heads up this will be a real fresh run Modz. You may not find it so exciting. We will be doing very stock friendly trails for people with no experience to cut their teeth on.

Any way you decide you're more then welcome to come out.

Thanks C.C. With out sounding like I was bragging or boasting that was going to be my next question if our rig would be a little much for the run.
