    It's time for the ……..

    TWO SCOOPS SUNDAE RUN!

    Your Hosts: Hapla and Keeta
Trail: Hogsback in Omemee, continuing on through back trails such as Ballyduff, Wild Turkey and Boundary with our final stop at the Enniskillen General Store for ice cream
Where to meet: Roadside Diner, 139 King Street West, Omemee
Time & Day to meet: Sunday November 2nd at 8am

We will meet for a nice breakfast at the Roadside Diner and heading for the trails about 9:30am. If you cannot make it for breakfast, please be at the diner no later than 9:15am. We'll stop along Wild Turkey for a light 30 minute lunch, (bring your own and a chair if you want) and we will hopefully see some deer.

Trail requirements: Pull points, 4WD and OF4WD membership
Trail info: Mostly hard packed, rocky, some hills, water crossings/mud holes and can be tight in some spots, expect pinstripes! Is newbie friendly that offers a little more excitement in some parts. Given the expected rain/snow fall between now and November 2nd, we are expecting the trail to be a little muddier and possibly slicker than usual and higher water crossings. No worries though as we'll throw one of our trail guides in the mud hole to judge depth, if we have one with us. Otherwise, its the driver of the most stock jeep!
What to bring: A willingness to enjoy nature, have fun and get dirty. A light lunch/snacks and drinks. Please dress for the weather! As we near the date, I will comment below with any weather updates. Best to dress in layers and *good* footwear.

This is the last Two Scoops trail run for this season. Anyone and everyone is welcome.

★Please make sure you have a FULL TANK OF GAS before arriving at the Diner as there are NO stations close by.★

I would want to come out for this run, would a mostly stock Suzuki Grand Vitara be ok for the trails planned? It only has a 2inch lift and 29inch wrangler territory tires.

There are two water holes and a long mudding hill and as long as you have pull points we can try getting you through. If we need to we can send you around on the road to the next section of trail and meet back up. The ski hill part should be fine and as long as you are slow and steady. We try to make these a social run/meeting rather then an off road wheeling run.

Again worst case we send you around and meet up for the next part. These runs are about as easy as it can get and still be called off roading. 😉

We really just do it for the ice cream anyways. LOL  😮

The first time we ran this I was on 29" A/Ts. I did have a 3" lift and I was driving a Cherokee so I would have been higher from the start but if you know your vehicle and we guide you when needed you will be fine. And as always we have not problem sending you around if there are issues with you getting hurt. This is a run day out and I would rather bypass the group then have anyone miss out on ice cream.  ;D
